Scope: Zephira provides live or virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching under the category of professional development program offerings.

Schedule Changes: You may transfer a booked session to a future date if you request at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Transfers are subject to availability.

Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the session start qualify for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior incur a 50% fee. No refund will be issued for requests less than 7 days before the session, due to planning and resource allocation.

3. Digital Products

Scope: Zephira may offer downloadable materials, recorded webinars, and e-learning modules.

Refunds: If you have not accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any content is downloaded or streamed, the sale is final.

Rescheduling: Digital content access spans a fixed term. Extensions or transfers are not available after the initial activation.

4. Physical Goods

Scope: Zephira may sell books, workbooks, or branded merchandise.

Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging for eligibility. Notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Process: To initiate a refund or replacement, fill out the contact form. You are responsible for shipping charges unless the item is defective.

5. Refund Policy

All reimbursement requests must be submitted via the contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed through the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.
